Harihar Basnet is a biomedical scientist and Assistant Professor at Tsinghua University with expertise in cancer biology, transcriptomics, and health technology innovation. As founder of MEDeCLOCK, he is dedicated to developing patient-centered digital health solutions that improve access, continuity, and quality of care.

Research & Development · Clinical Research Physician
Dilip Dhakal is a clinical research physician with expertise in drug development, patient safety and monitoring, and public health. He holds an MPH from Tsinghua University and completed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) Program at Harvard Medical School. He is a member of Sigma Xi, ACRP, and the World Medical Association. At MEDeCLOCK, he brings a physician's perspective on drug safety and patient-centered care to the platform's development.
Research & Development · Lead Technical Developer
Shisu Li earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tsinghua University and will continue doctoral study in Intelligence Science and Technology. As the primary technical developer of MEDeCLOCK, Shisu translates clinical workflow requirements into secure, role-based web and mobile systems, with a focus on reliable care coordination, patient privacy, and practical deployment across healthcare settings.
Additional clinical, research, software, and advisory members will be added as the project grows.
